The 1st appointment was a free consultation with a lot of great information and I didn't feel like I was being forced into signing up. My husband also ended up joining! There is thorough work up done before starting the program which is important which is then reviewed by a provider. After this, recommendations are tailored to your goals. They provide a meal plan and guide you on nutrition. The staff, Jamilah and Sarah, and all of the providers are so friendly and encouraging. They celebrate your wins and support you throughout the entire journey. I love the structure and accountability with weekly check ins to monitor progress. The cost can be a bit high, but it is worth it if you commit to the program and stay consistent. It's not about the short term, it's about investing in your long term health.
