At all times she was helping someone get fitted for their new glasses, helping someone pick up their glasses, and managing several other smaller tasks as well. For instance, she was looking up insurance, answering phone calls, and helping myself and other customers choose the perfect frames. Highly recommend, especially if you can get Helene to help you.

She has done multiple family fittings and is always very knowledgeable when going over each item when we purchase glasses/sunglasses. As she greets new customers coming in the store she does not let that distract from her attention to detail when working with you. Each experience with her has been no less than perfect. Helene has also done fittings and is an excellent soundboard for look and fit as well. She is very vibrant and conversational which helps when you are trying to decide on a look. Between these two ladies you can't go wrong. We highly recommend both of them.
