  I love this place! They have great teachers and staff. I prefer Club Pilates because they don't make you balance on your reformer in scary ways. Also I love their fans. I can't go to a place with no fans

  They love to charge endlessly just for having an actual life. If your babysitter arrives late & you arrive 6 mins late, get ready to not get a workout after wasting gas money to drive there, & they are also going to charge $30 no show fee. Oh ya, that’s making me feel great. Talk about major corporation policies that screw every single member except the workers. Their policies tell you unlimited for $240 per month but in practice it’s $300 per month & they don’t have enough good instructors nor enough classes to actually get in a class every day. ITS NOT UNLIMITED CLASSES!!! DO NOT BUY THAT MARKETING PLOY, THATS ALL IT IS! Policy don’t apply to instructors when they change classes. I book my classes specifically bc of the instructor & I don’t get $30 whenever my instructor changes last min. That’s ridiculous & not fair to all the paying members! My wife & I arrived late for the first time ever in 350 classes; I’ve seen at least a dozen people arrive 10-15 mins & before able to attend class. Granted they were white women, but showing up 6 mins late & being refused really pushed me over the line. I will be thinking hard if the outrageous price of almost $4000 a year is worth it. Considering club4fitness is less than 1.5 miles away & only charge $35/month for 20,000 sq. Ft of workout space including classes like Pilates, spin, & yoga to name a few. Essentially, their policies are geared to women above 50 years of age. If you’re not in that demographic, this studio is not for u! I am so sick of major corporations stealing my money with BS fee after BS fee. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!

  Do not go here. Find a different Pilates studio. The management is horrible to deal with. I was moving hours away and put in my notice 2 days after I was billed. I was told DIRECTLY that they would put my cancelation date 3.5 weeks away so I wouldn’t be charged for the next month. I was then directed to sign the screen after verbally being told I wouldn’t be charged another month. I didn’t even get a chance to read what I was signing because it was on their screen and since I was being told I wouldn’t be charged again, I didn’t question. I figured they were being honest. However, I moved and was shocked when I saw a FULL month’s charge the following period. I called multiple times but was given no help. They assured me they would work to see if I could get a full or partial refund since I gave a basically 28 day notice. But never heard back after calling 4 times. Find another Pilates gym, these are dishonest people who will never help you or even make an effort to call you back.
