- MTMary TietzAug 25, 20261.0I feel HEB “partners” should share the same level of customer service through the ENTIRE company. Veronica in the pharmacy department is extremely standoffish and rude. No greeting or thank you. Unfortunately with the type of medication my son receives HEB is the only consistent pharmacy option in my area. She needs a lesson on customer service. I get floresville and the surrounding area are “small town” but she needs to set that aside while working. She’s lucky I haven’t reported her HIPPA VIOLATIONS in the past years to the Texas Board of Pharmacy.
