  We had a great experience at Eyemart Express. My son recently broke his glasses, and we needed a replacement quickly. The staff was extremely accommodating and helped us find a great new pair at a very reasonable price. Best of all, they were able to have his new glasses ready the very next day, which was a huge help. The glasses look fantastic, and we were pleasantly surprised that his purchase included a free backup pair as well. It's nice knowing he has an extra pair on hand just in case. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and affordable. The staff made the process easy from start to finish, and we never felt pressured or rushed. Based on this experience, we'll definitely be coming back for my glasses, my wife's glasses, and his sister's glasses as well. Highly recommend Eyemart Express for their fast service, reasonable prices, and excellent customer care.

  This was my first experience with Express they were accommodating, courteous, professional, and expedient. I was amazed at the turnaround time with my glasses. I have a high-powered prescription and I went in on a Tuesday afternoon and had my glasses finished by 9AM Wednesday morning never before has that ever happened to me. They are a great team!!!

  In my 35+ years as a Quality Assurance Professional, 14+ of them in the vision care industry, it is truly regrettable that I have not seen professionalism and quality service like that I received today at Eyemart Express LLC, 13800 Senlac Dr, Farmers Branch. I went in needing one pair of glasses, and two more pairs having the lenses switched to new frames. The staff greeted me cordially, and, once I explained my needs, immediately went to work. The switch out work was performed swiftly and correctly. Once that was complete, work began on ordering the new glasses. My new glasses are lined bifocals, with astigmatism corrections for the distance vision, with blue-light filtration; a complicated set of lenses. The specification process proceeded smoothly, and I was informed that my spectacles would be ready the next day; my accustomed wait time is between one (1) and two (2) weeks; the expedited time is likely the result of the fact that Eyemart Express LLC fabricates their glasses in the manufacturing facility immediately adjacent to the showroom. Once the specification process was complete, I paid for the glasses; at a very reasonable fee. I was in and out swiftly; my needs were completely satisfied; the staff was courteous and professional. Justin, the manager, oversaw the process and it is apparent that the business is well run. Rarely does one experience Quality Service on this order. I was tempted to say that this organization is a step above others in this business; I think it is more accurate to say they are an entire flight of steps above their competition. I recommend that when in need of eyeglasses, regardless of wherefrom you acquire the prescription, you purchase your eyeglasses at Eyemart Express LLC. I’m confident you’ll be glad about the results.
