While I was satisfied with the purchase itself, my experience when picking up the glasses was disappointing. When I politely asked for my pupillary distance (PD) and the measurements used to make my glasses, the employee assisting me was rude and unwilling to help. I only wanted the information so I could purchase a more affordable backup pair elsewhere. Instead of explaining the policy professionally, she outright refused to provide the details and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. After spending a significant amount of money, I expected a much higher level of customer service and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. Because of the poor customer service, I do not plan to return to this location and would not recommend it to others.
