  Arrived 15 minutes early and was promptly taken back for the pre-exam tests. How rare is that? Dr. B. is super personable and thorough. Was in and out and on my way home. Will always go to see Dr. B!

  Office was very nice about a last minute visit due to an emergency and no other place was open. And the Doctor was amazing!

  The doctor is excellent, and the physicians at this location are excellent. However, there is a serious issue with customer service, especially at the front desk. During a phone call, the receptionist abruptly hung up on me and later claimed she had provided information I never heard, attempting to charge me an unjustified $25 fee. The receptionist was quite rude, which made the experience very unpleasant. Unfortunately, despite the quality of the doctors, the poor customer service has left a lot to be desired. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. They also didn't let me use the restroom, even though I was a customer
