- SLS LetherApr 16, 20261.0Very incompetent staff. I always have trouble getting my medication, for many reasons many many times . Most recently I got a notification saying my medication is ready , go to pick it up and I don’t know where she messed up at but the deleted my prescription from my profile and asked for a “favor” ( words from the actual pharmacist) to have my doctor resend the medication. Very unprofessional staff and always give me problems , if it’s not one thing it’s another. Like it’s my fault that your employees deleted my prescription and now I have to do the run around and get it resent.

- CGCristal gallegosDec 11, 20251.0I’ve come here multiple times to pick up medication, and for the first time I had issues with the receptionist at the front counter. Today was especially disappointing. When I walked in, there was no line, yet she didn’t even look at me—just said, “How can I help you?” in a very dismissive tone. I calmly asked why I received a text saying my medication was ready, but then got another text saying it wasn’t when I arrived. Instead of checking or asking for my information, she rudely responded, “WELL I DON’T KNOW.” A more professional response would have been something like, “I’m not sure, let me take your info and look it up for you.” When I told her she didn’t need to be rude, she denied it and repeated that she “just doesn’t know.” That may be true, but her attitude was completely unnecessary. What made it worse is that the customer after me a white male and black female didn’t get the same attitude at all. As a Hispanic woman, the difference in how she treated me made me feel uncomfortable Someone who claims to have been working there for 2 years should know how to treat people with respect. The unprofessionalism was honestly disgusting
