  Thank God for Kyle and his wife for creating a safe and clean place to come to. I used to go to the Coppell location and ended up moving out of state. I went out od my way to make sure that I added this ASW to my list of places I needed to visit when I was back in town. This location is almost as centralized as Coppell and foot traffic makes this ideal. Upon entering, I met Brianna and she was so helpful. She got me updated on some of the new changes since my last visit. My personal favorite is still the Hot and Cold sessions. It gives you the perfect balance at your own speed and has a Vitamin Vshower to rinse off in between. There is also a salt room here which is a new concept that the Coppell location didn't have. Looking forward to returning.

  I absolutely love coming to Altered States Wellness! Bri is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. She always greets you with a genuine smile and has such welcoming, positive energy. She’s also incredibly knowledgeable and always helps guide me to the right wellness room based on what I need that day. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people and cares about making sure you have a great experience. Great place, great atmosphere, and even better customer service. Thank you, Bri!

  Great staff! Friendly, courteous, and helpful. Scheduling is a breeze. The facilities are spotless. Good equipment. Awesome concept. I have done the cold plunge challenge and fire and ice sessions. Can’t wait to try more. I highly recommend this spot. It’s a homerun.

  I loved this. First time, first salt float…I didn’t even know this place was here. ( And I live in the mid cities area!) It’s hard to get a good sense of what it’s like online. Now that I can see what each room is about, and what looks and “feels” like I absolutely know I’ll be back.

  WOW! If you’re dealing with chronic pain, inflammation, or just need to reset your body, Altered State Wellness is an absolute must. The cold plunge + float combination has been a complete game changer for my daily pain management. I leave feeling refreshed, looser, and like my body can finally breathe again. What makes this place truly special is the team. They don’t just hand you a menu and send you on your way. They actually listen to what you’re trying to heal, ask questions about your goals, and recommend the best combination of therapies for you. Every visit feels personalized. It’s rare to find a wellness center that genuinely cares about your progress instead of just selling services. Altered State Wellness has become a key part of my self care routine, and I can’t recommend them enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
