Julissa was an absolute angel with my son! She took her time explaining every process and step to him to make sure he felt comfortable and avoided him being anxious! She was friendly, had patience and was knowledgeable in her field. I would 100% recommend Texas Kids Dental to everyone!

Trina (I believe that’s her name) was rude from the moment we walked in. Her tone was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when speaking to my children while telling them where to sit. What crossed the line was her questioning me in a demanding and judgmental way about why I haven’t taken my daughter in for a baby tooth extraction that hasn’t come off on its own, stating that it is the responsibility of parents. That was completely inappropriate. Personal medical decisions should not be addressed in that manner, and certainly not with that tone. This behavior was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of care and professionalism I have experienced here in the past. I expect better from a dental office, especially when it comes to how patients and families are treated.
