They take time to get to know you. Melissa the instructor is awesome. Serious workout and you really feel the challenge. You get attention from the instructors during your class w/o asking and you are offered modified techniques if you are just beginning or have any physical issues. Members are very friendly too. Great place to become a part of to get in shape.

Everyone there is great including the front desk staff, the owner, the teachers and the other clients! I'm thrilled I can get the same great workout without driving as far!
