- RCRefugio Chavez1 day ago1.0I received a notification indicating that my eyewear was ready for collection. Upon my arrival, I was presented with a pair of glasses that did not match my original selection. Both the frame and the prescription were incorrect. A mere apology does not compensate for the time and fuel expenses incurred due to this error. I traveled from Chapparal, N.M., only to be informed that a new order would need to be placed, resulting in an additional week of waiting. This experience was highly unprofessional and resulted in a significant waste of my time and resources.

When he originally purchased his glasses, the warrenty protection was not added to the purchase for 1 of the pair of glasses. This could have gone really bad but Kim made it possible to for the exchange to go through. She even gave him an upgrade on his other pair because the lenses that he originally purchased where no long available. Wow!! Thank you Kim!!!
