  I’ve always gone to the north east location. This is my first time at this one since I now live on this side of town. Worst experience ever I arrived at 5:45 am I didn’t start the donation until 6:50. The lobby was full an only 1 person doing the check-ins. At this point I might as well just take the drive to the North East because I have never waited this long other than when I was a new donor. I’m always out of there in less than 1 hour

  I would give it a 0 as of today I’ve donated finished haven’t received my payment over 3 hrs I call they tell me in 10 to 15 and still haven’t received nothing now I try to call and no one answers

  This is by far the best donation place ever!! Been here almost 3 years and would not go anywhere else.

  Bad services, was first in line then the told me system where down , so I had to restart my finger print , I ended up all the way back in line . Dont recommend this place im always going thru something with this place , they either mess up with poking as well . Or last time I donated my blood started going everywhere and they laughed snd gived me - “ fast pass “… dont recommend to one unless ur ready to go through some when ur here
