  Been donating at this establishment since 2021 or 2022 and started at this location since it was opened since it was closer than the one in the north east. Never had a problem till today when I walked in kiosk said see staff. Was thinking it was the normal protein levels sometimes it happens. Not this time took a lil time for the director to see me. When he did took me into a private room and asked that on my last visit he was told it look like I was taking pictures of people there. In shock I told him I've been coming here for awhile and always been nice and respectful to staff im a father to a young girl couldn't imagine someone randomly taking pictures of her. I did let him know I watch shows he said yes but when people usually watch shows its horizontal not vertical. He then says its up to you if you wanna continue here and because of this I've asked to only be seen by the males there so that I dont ended up in a arrest or accused of anything else I didnt do also I will now not use my phone in the building which is really boring during donating I would to watch my shows here or scroll threw tik tok but now it seems that can get me in trouble so ill keep myself safe by staring up at your beautiful white ceilings. If your staff or clients gonna have issues with a phone across them they should remove the phones from use during donating to protect patients and staff I do wanna THANK DANNY he was the only one that apologized after I brought it to his attention while I had him look at everyone donating and how all the phones look when they are vertical they all looked like they was taking pictures. About 75% of the phones I saw on the floor during donating where vertical when I was walking out. I hope you all do something about this it was not a good feeling that someone really thought I would do something like that..

  I’ve had an awesome experience donating at this location over the last year. The staff is nice and well trained. I’ve recommended to a lot of friends to come donate because they have different promotions where you can make more especially as a first time donor. Today I had Luvianka as my phlebotomist and she did an awesome job as always. Saving up to buy a new computer 🫡

  Horrible spot they are encouraging new donors to over hydrate..i felt sick drinking that amount of water before donating. I went in day before told them i drank 4 bottles of water which 16.9 oz and there recommendations are 8 bottles of water. I believe they didn't want to take new donor ten minutes til 5 so they turned me downed and gave me bad info. Drinking that amount of water in small period can be bad for your kidneys. I was nauseous and had huge headache.
