  They called my name when I was in the restroom and because I didn’t answer they canceled my appointment and I was not aware of it. Wasted 2 hours of my day even though I was physically there waiting.

  I love this place and all the screening ladies I've grown to look forward to chatting with during donation! It never takes very long and 90% of the phlebs can poke with ZERO issue!

  Morning crew is so slow. You got 3 people walking around and talking. Literally all three workers not doing nothing. And when they disconnect someone, all three go together for one person. Horrible experience in the mornings definitely don't come or waste your time

  Minimum wait time is 2 hours if u a return donor , u sit 1 hour either in the front or back it never fails, then they got donors every other seat like its still covid
