  Unfortunately, I feel like GNC is misleading in different ways. It is not what it used to be. I became a GNC pro member about 2 1/2 years ago and was told I would get a monthly protein bar or drink if I signed up which I did only for me to return the following month to be told that they are not doing that anymore. I signed up for the GNC pro membership once again A little bit less than a year ago with the same catchphrase. Only to be told the same thing a month or two after. Today 08/05/2026 I went to buy multivitamins and the price tag on the shelve read they were 24.99. Cashier Savanah rang me up and scanned the vitamins and the price went to 29.99. I told her it clearly says 24.99 on the shelve she picked up the price tag. But before picking it out she said “it’s probably the wrong one.”She took the price tag from the shelve and said “oh it is the same one.” I asked her if she was going to correct the price and she said “NO. Our prices went up on Saturday.” And discarded the price tag in her trash. I must say I am highly disappointed in my last few experiences at this location.

  Had to go to 3 GNCs to find some Celltech. Seems as though GNC is pushing out most products for their own garbage. Will buy online for my supplements for now on.

  Terrible customer service. I was the only one in the store when it first opened. The 10 minutes I spent searching back and forth the clerk in the store wasn’t very helpful and didn’t say not 1 word or even ask if he could be of assistance. That alone rubbed me wrong and made me want to take my business elsewhere. As I was leaving the store I mentioned to the clerk he needs to work on his customer service and he responded rudely he’ll be sure to write it down. I asked his name to put in this review which he responded Jarrett. If not true it’s the male clerk with glasses and long hair that opened up 11 am August 20, 2023
