  I had seen a product on line for one price, in store it was less. It was posted under the product. Yes, I did verify. Went to pay and rang up as more. I mentioned what the price said on the shelf, cashier just said that's what rang up. I asked if he wanted to ring up it up again with the correct price, he said no. Asked if I wanted the difference he would give it to me. Damn right I took his money. It actually should've been more.It's about principle not the money. Charge what you are showing on your shelves.

  I've been a loyal customer to GNC for years now but my interaction with Javi (the assistant manager) made it exceptionally great. I had bought a product that had to ordered, since it wasn't in stock but after a month I never received it. After calling customer care and getting absolutely nowhere (they were no help!), I went back to the store and Javi went out of his way to get what I was promised. Thanks for the help! Moving forward I will continue visiting this location with Javi.
