- MSMelissa SolisAug 3, 20261.0I would honestly give it no stars if I could. I had the services for my five year old child. 3 out of 3 providers were a waste of time. The first one was a no call no show, the 2nd one was here about a month. She only technically worked 2 weeks as she was supposedly out for a week due to her grandfather's illness. Only to find out she was travelling in MX during that week. She was always late with some type of issue and even had the audacity to show up expecting to use her paid time to come and eat her lunch. She was only scheduled to work two hours out of the day! Final straw was when another "emergency" came about and she came 40 mins. late. The final provider was working two hours a day for only two days and did a no call/no show on day three. The employees that were assigned to care for my child were nothing but irresponsible, lazy, and not empathetic. If they were they would have been able to speak to me about whatever issues they had vs. lie, not show up, or use paid time to try and take care of personal matters. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.
