Getting into the mall for an early appointment is almost impossible for a person with disabilities, I finally arrived but nine minutes late and they canceled my appointment saying that after 10 minutes they canceled. I told the lady I’m only nine minutes late and she said well I only have a five minute window. I tried to explain my disabilities and how far I had to walk and she said well we have other customers that are coming in. I believe last time I was there. I waited for more than 20 minutes to get my exam Last time so why is this not reciprocal? The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and seemed very un knowledgeable, did not even speak to a supervisor to see if they could squeeze me in just denied me at the door. I would highly recommend envision eye care, I’ve been there before and now I’m returning! If you wanna waste your time, Use This eye doctor !
