I have always had great experiences at Target Optical and previously with Dr. Bossetti, which is why I wanted to give this office a chance despite the transition. The owner failed to mention that the office never followed up after my appointment was canceled due to their own equipment issues—which I found highly unprofessional. Furthermore, publicly airing my private scheduling history and preferences from my patient file is a serious breach of privacy. I will not be returning to an office that lacks both basic communication and professional discretion.
