We sat down and she explained to me what my insurance covered. So I went to pick out my frames. I came back to where Andrea was and she took over and in a matter of minutes she had me out of there. I came back 2 hours later and both pair of glasses were ready. I really want to thank Andrea for helping me out in a timely manner. I will surely let my friends and family know about how good Eyemart Express truly is. Thanks again 👍👍
- DFDarryl FloydJul 25, 20263.0I am giving a mixed review. The optometrist was great, 5 stars. Was able to accommodate us with a same day appointment. Now, to the side with glasses. First the company is offering a 40% off complete purchase for new customers. When I asked about it, we were told that we were given another discount and can't apply it. To me this is classic bait and switch. The salesperson should have given all options instead of what was making themselves a huge commission. This is a perfect example of "how to not get a customer to come back" If you treat your customers fairly they will trust you and return.
- KKKJul 10, 20261.0Very long wait times. They even tell you to ignore the text when they say its ready to wait another hour. There's very poor quality control check. They had my glasses wrong 2 times so far I was told I need to wait another 10- 14 days for them to correct them this time. I have wasted plenty of time here and gas going back multiple times and left with nothing.
