  I was waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes and nobody was there in line just me and nobody was attending me and a random guy went to the front desk and started to talk with the attendant a long talk about 30 minutes and nobody attended me I just went to adjuster.

  Horrible service, I called ahead of time and asked if I could go pick up my lenses. The lady who answered the phone said as long as I went in before 7 (the time they closed) that I could get them. I went in and couldnt get my glasses. After I receive my glasses I will not be returning to eyemart express.

  Jesse is the absolute man of the year! Came in to get the frame of my Versace glasses fixed, and he saw I also had some Rayban prescription shades on me. He asked me how I was liking them, and I mentioned how I wasn't happy with how thin the frames were since I have a rather thick prescription on them. Without hesitation, he asked me if I wanted to switch them out for a different pair! He walked me over, gave me a solid recommendation, and I picked them up later the same day. Absolute champ!

  First and foremost, my family loves that this eye doctor is actually in person and not via a screen. We went to a vision place where it was via an application online and my vision prescription was not correct. For our very first appointment at Eyemart, My wife and I had a big mix up on time and so when we got to the vision side, only one of us was going to be able to be seen. It was not a problem, we made another appointment for throughout the week. As my wife was being seen, the doctor came out and let the tech know he would see both of us today. They were so nice and accommodating. The doctor was also super funny and straight forward. I love that. The appointments were thorough but quick. (All good things). When we went to the glasses side, this was so easy and they too were accommodating and so very helpful. We were able to walk away with two pairs of glasses (one set for free) each. It was great. BESTEST PART...the glasses were ready in LESS than an hour. We have already made appointments for our children to be seen here. 10/10 recommend.

  ​Five stars all the way! Even though I moved to Colorado, I still come back to El Paso to get my glasses renewed here. ​Arturo assisted me and went completely above and beyond! He had my two pairs of glasses ready in under an hour, made sure they fit perfectly, and was incredibly helpful. He even told me I could come back if my new sunglasses felt too dark. I did end up returning the next day, and they fixed them for me in less than 10 minutes! ​I don't have insurance, but the price ended up being great and didn't hurt my bank at all. Overall, the service here is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! I left super happy wearing my new sunglasses! This is my second time doing business with Eyemart Express. I will be coming back!
