- ZZZ1 day ago1.0Alma helped me ;; I was able to get my daughter’s glasses and I did an additional out of pocket sunglasses transition and blue light for Screen Time Medicaid covered for her frames, but they no longer able to add scratch proof, even after the verified purchase, I couldn’t purchase scratch proof, because Medicaid help get her frames … Alma said even if I pay out of pocket even after i purchased the glasses she can’t do it which is ridiculous because everybody scratches their glasses especially children and I should be able to add scratch proof if I am paying for it!!! now It’s an inconvenience cause now I have to find another place to do scratch proof w my busy schedule.. When I could’ve just did everything in one shot

- LLLilyAug 13, 20261.0No one greets you when you walk in. Went to pick up glasses and between them seeing other patients, I told them I just need to pick up. They told me I had to wait for after their consultation with other patients who were there to get glasses. Someone ended up walking out of the back and gave me the glasses. It took one minute. Not sure why they wanted me to wait, but it is clear they take pleasure in being rude to customers. Please escalate to management.

I recently got a corneal ulcer from my contact lenses and I am forced to wear my glasses however I could barely see through my glasses due to issues with the prescription and the fit and adjustment. Tom helped me with everything and made sure all my concerns were taken care of. He was also very hospitable and allowed me to work on my laptop while the lenses were being fitted. And keep in mind I could barely see during this time, so I appreciated the friendliness and hospitality. Best of all, it was done in 20 minutes. Unbelievable, thank you all so much!!
