- OGO.Ag. Garce4 days ago1.0I never leave a negative reviews. But this time Who answer the phone on 8-17-26 2:43pm was the most RUDE, unprofessional person, dealing with people in pain. I went to this office they fixed both top and bottom fillings and For the next weeks was in pain! Came back to office, bite was fixed pain went from 12 to 6. But still was there. After weeks of the procedure still dealing with pain and discomfort.. Call the office, asked to speak to a nurse for guidance. (I take anxiety medication afraid to go back before talking to someone). The Front desk lady was extremely Rude! Cut me short. And Said, “Do you want morning or afternoon”?!?! I said no I want to talk.. then she said Or Anything else I can help you with??!? The way she answered it seemed she was extremely mad!! And didn’t care! All needed was guidance and she was very RUDE and Unprofessional!! Losing good customers with bad customer service :/ :/

Another dentist wanted to grind away perfectly healthy tooth and put in a crown on what was simply a filling that needed to be replaced. You aren't just a student loan payment walking in the door; she will do whats best for *you*.
