  This is the most offensive and insulting business I have ever been in. I did not see the professional and was treated like a deadbest. I am a professional and if my staff treated a client like I was treated they would be terminated immediately

  I’m a professional musician who plays a loud brass instrument for up to 16 hours per week (hearing is CRITICAL to my ability to do my job.) Recently I had a sinus infection and was experiencing a clogged sensation in one ear. I was grateful to get an appointment with this audiologist despite being both from out of town and also out of pocket/uninsured. Had a very thorough and professional exam with Dr. Lyon. The tests were very informative and helped me to decide how to proceed with the issue I’m having, and eased my concerns about potential causes. Dr. Lyon listened attentively, described every test in full before beginning each one, and answered all questions that I had. In this case I did not require a treatment plan, but have no doubt that if I’d had an issue I would have been in excellent hands going forward. All staff were very courteous, patient, and professional, from the initial appointment booking over the phone to the in-person visit. Highly recommend this office for your needs, especially if you are a musician!
