  Dr. Yates and his team did an incredible job with our son’s double jaw surgery. His surgery was very complex, and Dr. Yates and his team were very thorough explaining what to expect every step of the way. Our son has had many surgeries since he was am infant due to craneofacial microsomia. We have seen different doctors in different states. The surgery was a success, and we are very pleased with the results. This surgery was life changing for our son. The office staff is always great, friendly and very efficient at explaining insurance coverage, and coordinating appointments.

  Updated: after review was posted Dr Yates ensured his office staff resolved the issue quickly. For that I appreciate the quick response and resolve. Make sure that their office personnel correctly verify insurance. I was told that I hadn't met my deductible even though I had met the family deductible, in order to be seen I had to pay 865 for the consultation and the ct scan. I'd scheduled so I wouldn't have to take off more time from work after my son's accident, they said I could reschedule or pay it. Office staff was very rude when I asked her to look at my family deductible. My insurance has called their office to say we'd met the deductible, they have received the explanation of benefits to show we are to be refunded. After the office personnel lied and said they had checked and then later that same day said no they didn't ask about the family deductible. The office manager says she will call back and I'm still waiting for her to call back from repeated attempts. Their billing number doesn't answer when you call. Just make sure they correctly verify so you aren't hit with a $900 bill and waiting over a month for a refund

  Update: This experience has gone from frustrating to genuinely concerning. When I scheduled my appointment for the screw extraction, I was quoted $134 — it’s written right on my appointment card. I called on Monday to confirm the appointment and the cost, and was suddenly told it would now be over $1,000. That’s not a small discrepancy — that’s nearly 10x the quoted price, sprung on me days before the appointment with no real explanation. Combined with being treated as a “new patient” despite having prior surgery here, and the months-long wait just to get someone to look at a screw poking through my tissue, I’m left feeling like this office doesn’t communicate honestly with patients or respect their time and trust. I would think very carefully before booking anything here.

  I love it. The nurses are so nice and also the ladies in the front desk and Dr. Yates is an awesome surgeon and he’s so nice and very trustworthy.
