Initially, I really enjoyed it.
However, I have a spinal injury that has recently worsened and I went in to ask about pausing due to my flare ups making it harder for me to walk, surgery is probably going to be on the table now.
I was assured that pauses for medical issues were fine. I had tried to communicate this in person as well and was told it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, a medical pause was never put into place. The only response I got was a warning of late fees.

My first time ever with experiencing Pilates. The intro class was great. The instructor was so knowledgeable and patient, she explained everything perfectly. I work up with sore abdominal muscles, a good sore, and I don’t remember really working them. I want to sign up and hopefully commit, my body really needs this! Highly recommend!

Signed up for Pilates and paid the minimum 3 months. On month 2, I told them I was going to cancel but was unaware I had to tell them “in writing” to cancel. I ended up getting charged for an additional 2 months since you have to notify them 30 days in advance…. This is Pilates 1) it shows that their business sucks since they make it so difficult to cancel and 2) their classes weren’t even that good. I recommend never coming here

The first time i had class i wasn’t let in because i did not have socks , after saying i did not mind buying some they have available there I was told she could not charge me until someone else came in so i missed my first class and when i called they said it was a misunderstanding they gave me my credit back. The next time i was about 7 min late and they would not let me in because of “safety reasons”??? but last time they let in 12 minutes late for that same control class. I think the organization is horrible and the communication is even worse, it takes me 20 minutes to get there and to not be let in is disappointing , and I apologize but if im paying 110 per month you would expect better. I enjoy the club and the instructors are good but please teach your team some sympathy and organizational skills
