If my insurance doesn’t cover something they’ll help and say oh there’s a coupon for that one let me help you find it. No wait times either I’m always in and out.
- RPRAM PhotographyJul 31, 20231.01 star. It's like the phone ap texts you "your RX's are ready for pick up". From experience, I verify and call to MAKE SURE that they are ready. I speak to a pharmacist and the pharmacist says "no they're not ready, but I can have them ready in 2 hours." Or, I go to pick up my prescriptions and ask about getting them mailed and the pharmacist asks "Do we have your file in the computer???" Yes, you should because I've filled out the form before. "Oh ok, then you are good to go". I leave and get a call 3 hours later,"We don't have your file in the computer, but you can drive back (AGAIN) pick up your RX's and sign ANOTHER FORM when you get here." Redundancy at its best. It's happened twice now. I can give you their names if you want....
