- MSMagda SolisJan 18, 20245.0I would like to express my appreciation to Andrew. I asked for his name after our transaction via telephone. I normally get my prescriptions at Walgreens... but this one medicine, I was told, was in back order. I was told by walgreens that if I found a pharmacy that had the med. they could have it transferred. Called the HEB pharmacy in Edinburg (closner) and the tech(andrew) was very thorough. He asked me questions and at the same time was typing information, thus getting my presciption transferred as we spoke. Our phone call lasted atleast 3 minutes and to my surprise was told that my medicine would be ready by noon, next day. They gained a customer thanks to Andrew. Job well done, sir!

- LELaura ElenaJan 4, 20212.0Ok like first of all this pharmacy is very understaffed. They always have a huge line. The wait is probably from 20-30 minutes or more. My experience here has been so frustrating the technicians never want to call your insurance or doctors office to confirm prescriptions . They insist that that I call them which leads to an ongoing circle which takes all day and then I end up leaving empty handed. My INSURANCE and My DOCTOR haved advised me to switch to another pharmacy this one won't break the cycle I think their overwhelmed and just wanting to move the line faster and not caring if their customers actually get their medications at the end of day.
