- JOJessica OrtizJul 29, 20261.0Changing pharmacy after this week, calling since Monday for a prescription doctor sent on Friday today is Wednesday and I have to call the store manager so they can Page the pharmacy to answer the phone. I called to ask if a prescription is ready they said the prescription was not cover and it's up to the doctor to change it. i could've call the doctor office since Monday to get that change, what prescription is it my sons inhaler that he 100% need for his asthma attacks. Crazy work this pharmacy lack of emphatic towards their patients. Also when i ask for the manager of the pharmacy Marlene whoever was Page to answer the phone, gave me a thousand excuses but no manager.

- PGPriscilla GarzaApr 15, 20261.0I’m really frustrated with the pharmacy at H‑E‑B. Every time I come, the wait is extremely long—whether you go inside or use the drive-thru, it’s the same situation. They rarely answer phone calls, and when they do, you’re left on hold forever. What’s even more frustrating is being told that your prescription is ready, only to arrive and find out it’s not. Today I spent almost an hour just waiting in line, which is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to improve its organization, communication, and customer service. Patients shouldn’t have to deal with this kind of delay, especially when it comes to medications. Because of these repeated issues, I will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This has been an ongoing problem, and I can’t keep wasting this much time every visit.
