StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Denton offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- AJart JamesSep 3, 20265.0I heard about Stretchlab from family. I have had back problems for a while with no relief, but after coming to the StretchLab team in Denton I have never felt better. I have been going to Sandie and her fabulous team of stretch therapist for close to six months and I can not say enough about there caring, attentive, and the professionalism of this team. I feel better than I have in years and owe my bodies better physical health to her and her team. As a 77 year old man that is active and wants to remain so I can only tell you that the StretchLab has help me enjoy and be able to improve my tennis and golf abilities allowing me to simply enjoy life so much more... Do yourself a favor, get to Sandie and her team asap.

I have maintained consistent patronage, engaging in four 50-minute sessions per month for approximately two years, and the outcomes have been exceedingly impressive. I cannot single out any one employee for praise, as all staff members are exceptionally friendly. The level of customer service provided is exemplary. If you are uncertain about the value of attending, I can sincerely affirm that it is worthwhile. Having undergone two knee replacements, my range of motion was previously limited; however, the Stretch Lab has significantly enhanced it.

Now I do not even have to go to a chiropractor. Its been amazing what a consistent good stretch can do for the body. I do not have soreness and back issues like I used to. They stretch you in ways you just are not able to stretch yourself.
