  Barbara Austin is so great! She listens to you & has helped me so much. I was getting sick constantly & since seeing her last September until this July 2026 I haven’t been sick once. She got me on the right track of eating better & feeling so much better. I’ve lost 30lbs so far & I feel wonderful!! She can really help you when modern medicine can’t. Thank you Barbara for caring so much about others.

  Dr. Austin is amazing ! I’ve been a patient of hers for several years. She has helped me in countless ways, with nutrition, supplements, lifestyle and eating changes. I’ve learned soo much from her. Dr. Austin really listens, and is passionate about helping her patients reach their goals. In today’s world, Dr. Austin is definitely a rare find !

  We spent years seeing specialists at Cook Children's for my daughter's chronic constipation, and the recommendation was always the same: daily MiraLAX. Later, she was put on Ex-Lax for over a year. As a mom, I just couldn't shake the feeling that there had to be a better long-term solution and that is could not possible be good for a child. Finding Dr. Barbara Austin was a turning point for our family. She took the time to look at the bigger picture instead of just treating the symptom. We say Dr. Austin twice and since then, we've seen improvements not only in my daughter's digestive health, but also in her confidence and behavior. It's been incredible to watch. If you're coming from a traditional medical background, her approach may be different than what you're used to. I would encourage you to keep an open mind. She focuses on getting to the root cause, and for our family, following her recommendations has made a meaningful difference. We're so grateful we found her.
