  I purchased glasses two weeks ago. I’m a returning customer so I knew what I wanted included in my lenses. I was assisted by Nicholas Skylers who seem to have his own agenda and insisted on trying to upsell me. I was pretty clear when I told him I wanted high index lenses and told him three times that I did not want transition while in the car. Well I picked the glasses up and because the RX was wrong and not made according to what was prescribed, I had to go back to my doctor and this is when I learned that my lenses were polycarbonate and he indeed charged me for transition lenses for inside the car. I’m not sure why he would try to take advantage of me and charge me for things I didn’t want; however, I won’t work with him again. Check your receipts people and make sure you are getting what you asked for.

  Excellent customer service! Dawson and Ruth were great to help us get taken care of. Kwayme is the best store manager ever! Easy transaction. Fast turnaround and good discounts! If you are thinking about trying them, don’t hesitate! You won’t regret it.

  Dawson and Ruth are awesome to deal with! I have been getting glasses from them since they opened. Management is also great to deal with. Kwayme was the manager. Great guy! go there. you won’t regret it!

  A few weeks ago , I bought a pair of glasses which cost more than $700. (pre insurance) Towards the ending of the transaction , I asked (store manager) to use the rest room . He told me to "use the rest room at the resturant 2 doors down as I do" I'm in my 70"s and was with my wife. I doubt we pose a security risk .
