  I cannot say enough good things about the home health services I am receiving from Home Instead - Denton. From day one, the team has been incredibly compassionate and professional, ensuring I feel comfortable and well cared for at all times. Their prompt response to any concerns or questions gives me peace of mind, knowing that help is always just a call away. The caregivers, especially Gwen, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, making sure that every aspect of my care is handled with precision and professionalism. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, or simply offering a kind and reassuring presence, they go above and beyond. Communication has also been outstanding. The staff keeps me and my wife well-informed and takes the time to listen to my needs, ensuring my care plan is tailored to my specific requirements. I truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable, high quality home health care.

  When it became increasingly challenging to care for my father while balancing a full-time job and family obligations, I turned to Home Instead for assistance. I had made a promise that I would not place my father in a nursing home, but I needed help and was feeling overwhelmed. During my initial conversation with Phillip, he displayed kindness and empathy towards our predicament. He explained the various ways in which a caretaker could help us, and the following day he met with us in our home to review the contract line by line to ensure that we were comfortable with our decision to hire them. Even though we had planned to commence services on Monday, Phillip arranged for a caretaker to visit my father on Saturday to provide him with a much-needed shower. For the next two weeks, Ushea, the same caregiver, tended to my father with genuine care, kindness, and patience. I am incredibly grateful to Ushea and Phillip for their outstanding service and care. Sadly, my father passed away last week, and we no longer require their services. However, I wholeheartedly recommend Home Instead without hesitation. Due to their compassionate care, my father was able to live out his final weeks with dignity.

  We have nothing but good things to say about Home Instead in Highland Village. Our "90-something" year old loved one with dementia has been living in our home for 6 1/2 years and we desperately needed some help with regularly scheduled respite care in our home. Home Instead listened to our needs and found a sweet lady who is always prompt and cheery. Our loved one really looks forward to her coming and enjoys the social contact as well as her caring heart. We subsequently had an unrelated family emergency which required extra scheduling in a hurry and they were on it right away. We are grateful to be working with such a responsible company.

  Our family highly recommends Home Instead Senior Care. They are caring and compassionate, and always willing to help us meet our parent's needs. The caregivers have all been great and the office staff highly efficient.
