- MTMarsha ThompsonJun 24, 20261.0Update: They opened the door at 4:07PM, I go in only to be told that no one will be here until 4:30PM who can cancel my membership!!! So now in 97 degree weather I have to sit in my car using my gas to stay cool, for over an hour!!! I have been trying to cancel my membership. I lost my job and can't afford it right now. I am here for the second time to do this. Hours show 6AM - 9PM on their website as well as thier voicemail recording and on thier door! It's 4PM and the doors are locked and no one is here no signs anywhere showing they are closed.
