  as always ALL THE STAFF HERE ARE friendly , professionally and genuinely upbeat any and all times I go there. I will always be a phonex customer I appreciate them all very much. They always make my problems seem so small

  I concur with the other reviews of David Littlefield's professionalism and kindness. I first spoke to him on the phone when I called about problems I was having with my hearing aids; he spent a good amount of time walking me through how to force a manual reset. He really listened to my issues and, after an in-office test, explained everything to me very clearly. He worked with me to set up my new hearing aids, tweaking them to maximize their effectiveness. I simply could not have had a better experience. His office manager, Stephanie, is also a high-performing professional who assisted me every step of the way. If you are looking for professionals in this field who are kind and helpful, look no further. This Denton location is the place to go!
