- YYy2dvdJun 22, 20261.0I came into this location on 6/3 and the in-store service was great. Placed an order and estimated deliver is two weeks. I check on my order on the estimated delivery date and it ends up the order wasn't even placed. The offshore sales rep says they will prioritize the order. I call a few days later since I didn't receive an updated email and it ends up the sales rep actually did not place the order. I call again and it is offshore again and their mic is picking up all background noises, so it is as difficult to hear anything at all. Through maybe 30 minutes of having to be put on hold several times and the challenges of hearing anything, they were finally able to place the order, but it will be another estimated 10 days for the order to ship. These are prescription glasses that will be delivered nearly a month from the original purchase date. There were no compensation offered for this entire ordeal. After hearing how reputable the company is, I am as disappointed as can be to say the least.
