- BKBernadette Kaehler1 day ago1.0I visited the Medallion Vision office for a routine eye exam to update my prescription and was charged $30 for retinal photography even though I DECLINDED this option in the pre-screening questionnaire. I have this in writing and I signed off on it and was forced into this photography. The office manager told me I did not have a choice which was because I was paying out of pocket. I chose paying out of pocket on the screening questionnaire and this was NOT made aware to me. This office forced to go through the retina photography and forced me to pay the $30 in the end. Additionally, I was told my appointment would be with Dr. Cleeter and I was seen by a different Dr. entirely. Dr. Mai was the “float” doctor and unable to address these concerns after my exam. The office staff was rude and abrasive at addressing these concerns stating the forced charges are “just the way it is so that we can remain competitive.”

- LWLexi WolfJul 16, 20261.0I ordered contacts from this Target Optical 1 month ago and was told my prescription would be ready in 2 weeks. I called at the 2 week mark and the woman on the phone had a nasty attitude but told me she would call me when they were ready. When I called at week 3, they told me UPS had never processed the order. So they did not have my contacts. (That probably should have been checked the first time I called...) Finally, I got a call this week to come pick up my contacts. Once I got home, I discovered that these are the wrong prescription. (I did not check the boxes before I left the store because I assumed that their associates would know how to read a contact lense box... my bad.) So 1 month later I still have no contacts and they are not answering their phone to correct the issue. So I am going to have to drive up there. I work outside in the sun and cannot wear sunglasses due to having no contacts, so now Im living with massive headaches due to their staffs incapability to fill an order correctly and in a timely fashion. Consumers, save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.. Target optical staff, I will see you later when I drive up there to sort this out, since you can't be reached via telephone.
