During my visit on August 11, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully and made to feel uncomfortable because English is my second language. I speak and understand English, but when I asked questions, the doctor made comments that I found extremely inappropriate and disrespectful, like I should bring an interpreter if I wanted to return and looked at me as if I were stupid. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism, regardless of their accent or whether English is their first language. After my appointment, I also requested a refund and was told that the manager was not available and would contact me the following day. I never received that call. I had to call the office myself several days later to try to address the situation. Unfortunately, the entire experience left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. I would not recommend this office based on the way I was treated and the lack of follow-up afterward. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and reviews how patients are treated, particularly those for whom English is a second language. And I would like to mention that, as of this moment, I have not received any phone call or refund.

- KLKimberly LewandowskiMay 31, 20261.0Waste of time and money $100. They had me sit in a room without the light on. No apology or anything. Then doctor came in she was very cold. Ignored why I wanted to be seen and didn't even attempt to touch my legs so I could feel the bumps. I went in to see about lipedma or if it was just cellulite. She said didn't even see cellulite which is crazy because my dermatologist said I have severe cellulite for someone who's never been overweight. And you can see it very very easily while sitting or standing. She was maybe in the room a total of 3 minutes. Unfortunately I would not recommend if wanting to be seen about lipedma or a doctor who cares about your concerns.

Can the treatment be done during pregnancy? Or how soon after if not during?
Sun Vein & Vascular generally advises patients to wait for two months after delivery before undergoing treatment. We do not recommend treatment during pregnancy.
