  Worked with Dawn! He went above and beyond. We arrived 5 minutes after the store closed due to 4th of July, he opened up the store for us and spent an extra 30 minutes AFTER closing!! Thank you thank you!!

  My partner and I came here a while ago and received such incredible, friendly care from Matthew. At the time, we were merely browsing, but the attention to detail and genuine consideration he gave to what my partner was looking for was truly above and beyond. Fast forward to yesterday, when I had been searching for the perfect pair of glasses for myself. We decided to return to Oliver Peoples here at NorthPark Mall specifically because of our previous experience with Matt. Not only did he remember us, but he once again provided the same exceptional level of care and service. I wasn’t entirely sure what I wanted, and Matt was incredibly patient throughout the process. He listened thoughtfully to my preferences, respected my personal style, and even introduced me to a variety of options I definitely would not have even considered on my own. We ultimately landed on a frame I had never even tried on before that day. He guided me toward a collection I likely never would have picked out on my own, and it seriously ended up becoming my favorite pair of glasses I’ve ever tried on. He has a remarkable eye for what complements people and a natural ability to understand their style, even when they may not be able to articulate it themselves. It was clear he genuinely wanted me to find something I loved, and that level of care and attention made all the difference. Matt’s professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and genuine care made this one of the best retail experiences I’ve had. He has a remarkable ability to make customers feel welcomed, understood, and valued and the fact that we returned solely because of our first interaction with him really speaks volumes about the positive impression he leaves on people. Thank you so much Matt!! Your dedication, friendliness, and commitment to creating a great experience did not go unnoticed, and we’re incredibly grateful for your help!! We’re customers for life at Oliver Peoples, because of you!

  I’ve been going to Edward at Oliver Peoples for years, and he’s consistently been top-tier. What really sets him apart is his eye for spectacle style—he doesn’t just sell frames, he understands how to match them to your face, personality, and overall look. Every time I’ve worked with him, the process feels intentional and effortless. He pays attention to the small details and always steers me toward options I wouldn’t have picked myself—but end up loving. That kind of taste is hard to find. If you care about quality, fit, and walking away with frames that actually elevate your look, Edward is your guy.

  I had a great experience here today thanks to Matthew Tan. He really knows the collection inside and out and helped me find the perfect fit without the process feeling rushed. Matthew was very sincere- he only wanted me to buy the pair that truly was a great fit for me and my collection. His expertise and attention to detail really made a difference. I’d hope to work with someone like Matthew every time I’m buying glasses!
