  Always Great experience, did my chest xray here sometime back early last year, I got there late but everyone was welcoming and willing to help me during my visit, Again this year I had to provide a chest xray to an employer and I didn't keep a copy of what I did last time , so I tried my luck to call North Star for a copy and it didn't take even a minute when they already emailed it to me, Annah stayed on phone with me to make sure I recieve the copy, all my stress was cleared by 1 minute phone call. Thanks alot North Star for the amazing work you do.

  First of all, the staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. My wife was in and out quickly and the results were sent to our PCP smoothly without delay. On top of that, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sadee, the Account Manager for this location, and was blown away by her professionalism, friendliness, and genuine desire to make sure we were satisfied with their service. A+

  If you don't care when your MRI result will be available (10 days, 2 months, etc) , go to this office. I did an ankle MRI here, and was promised by their staff the result will be available within the next 48-72 hours. So I scheduled a follow-up visit with my doctor 5 days from the MRI date. 5 days later, I went to my doctor office and was told the MRI result has not come back. I had to pay my doctor for the office visit though. I wrote a review here based on that experience, and the office manager called me to apologize. He promised that kind of delay will never happen again. So, I believed him. A few weeks later, my son injured his ankle and I took him to this office for an MRI. Again, I was promised the result will be back within the next 48-72 hours. We scheduled my son's follow-up visit with his doctor in 10 days. The same thing happened again. We went to my son's doctor office, and was told there is no MRI result. Just wow. When I called this office, the lady (her name is Zion) told me they don't have radiologists to read the results. What's worse, she cannot give me an ETA when their radiologists can read the result. All those 48-72 hours are pure lies. My impression is that this office is broken, with only MRI machine but no medical staff to process the results. So the bottom line is, this office only takes your money and takes the images. No one will read them and send the results to your doctor. I'd stay away from this office at all cost.
