  I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. Before I started, I specifically asked if anyone else was waiting to be helped, and I was told no, that someone was available to assist me. The associate began helping me, and we were in the middle of selecting eyeglass frames when another couple walked in. Instead of finishing with me first, the associate started helping other customers who kept randomly interrupting with questions and this went on for an extended period, leaving me waiting. What made the experience even more frustrating is that it appeared to be the normal workflow to employees would begin helping one customer, then stop to assist someone else who walked up, leaving the original customer waiting. As a customer, I expect the person assisting me to finish helping me before moving on to someone else, unless there’s an emergency or another employee is available. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and it left me feeling overlooked and undervalued.

  I did not have a negative encounters regarding customer service. This location definitely does not have as much of variety as other locations.

  I had a pair of reading glasses that would not stay on my face! Deserey was amazing. She was able to adjust them and send me on my way. Staff was super friendly!

  I had a terrible experience at this place. I went in for prescription Ray-Ban-style aviator glasses, but they sold me a pair that—while they look like aviators—aren't genuine Ray-Bans. When I went back to the store, they told me the mistake was made by the girl who took my order and refused to help me. I feel so disappointed that I ever walked into that shop and trusted them; I would never recommend this place. I paid so much money for my prescription glasses only to receive a Ray-Ban aviator imitation. This place is truly awful; they need to train their staff better so they know what they’re actually selling to customers, and they really need to be more honest!!

  I can't believe I was scammed at your store. I paid $980 for glasses that aren't even authentic Ray-Bans; I brought in my prescription to buy a pair of prescription Ray-Ban Aviators, and I just realized they aren't genuine—the lenses don't even have the Ray-Ban logo on them. I went to the store to ask why my glasses lack the logo when I paid for Ray-Bans; they sold me a product by leading me to believe they were Ray-Bans. I can't believe you're ripping people off!
