- BKBob Kraut5 days ago5.0I have been using Kroger Pharmacy for eight years and it has been an excellent experience. The new pharmacy manager Cameron is outstanding and goes out of his way to cultivate relationships with his customers. He knows you by name and if you have shared anything about your health, he’ll inquire about it. That’s the kind of caring attitude that rarely exists today. Cameron is real standout!

I would definitely not recommend the curbside pick up, it’s a complete crapshoot whether they’ll give you your whole order, substitute without telling you, or take 45 minutes for the order to come outside. At least of my experience the last few months… very disappointing, Krogers are usually very good with curbside.

They get notified of the prescription but literally do not get it ready till you ask for it. And then it takes an hour for them to actually get the prescription ready. F-ing dreadful.
