  PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOREST LANE KED PLASMA, THEY ARE RUDE THE MANAGER CHRIS IS EXTREMELY RUDE HUNG UP IN MY FACE, GOT MAD BECAUSE I TOLD HIM THE CENTER HOURS ARE WRONG. THEY CLOSE EARLY AT 3PM ON SATURDAYS AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS ON GOOGLE IT SAYS THEY ARE OPEN SUNDAYS TILL 4PM! EVERY OTHER CENTER IS OPEN TILL 6-7PM ON SATURDAYS.

  Im a donor here and the sone of the staff people are a bit weird and rude. If you looking to donate here just be ready to stand your ground.

  I have been donating plasma at many different locations across the Dallas area for about the past year with no issues. This donation center in particular I have had several issues with. I was differed from donating plasma at this location now because their blood pressure machine failed to properly function. I asked to have it retaken with a different machine and was denied. Worst experience that I have ever had with employees of any donation center.

  I'm helping with every donation give to those who needs special medicine..Every time I see Jeremy G smile and his kindness and I don't ever feel any discomfort with his experience.. Jeremy G helps the environment and his leadership is awesome..He treat people with integrity and I give and this place 5 stars

  The staff in the front are super nice, however the white lady with the messed up redish hair in a bun is not. Not sure if she's in charge, but she sure acted like she was. They waisted 1 hour of my time, I had already signed the consent forms and everything when the lady said I wasn't going to be able to donate. She was extremely rude and ugly inside out.
