  I have attempted to become a new donor at this location and have yet to be successful. Each time i have to have my BP taken there is always a problem. The equipment seems to be low quality and not high end like those at hospitals. Each time my BP is an insanely high number. Then you only get 5 minutes before they recheck and defer you for the day. At this point i go in just to get my vitals done hoping someone will notice the equipment sucks. Each time ive been deferred I go to CSL about two miles from this location and have a successful BP check within range on the first attempt. All the money these places get you would think the staff would want people to donate vs jumping at the chance to defer someone who has advised the staff they have no BP ISSUES

  PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOREST LANE KED PLASMA, THEY ARE RUDE THE MANAGER CHRIS IS EXTREMELY RUDE HUNG UP IN MY FACE, GOT MAD BECAUSE I TOLD HIM THE CENTER HOURS ARE WRONG. THEY CLOSE EARLY AT 3PM ON SATURDAYS AND CLOSED ON SUNDAYS ON GOOGLE IT SAYS THEY ARE OPEN SUNDAYS TILL 4PM! EVERY OTHER CENTER IS OPEN TILL 6-7PM ON SATURDAYS.
