  Not taking part in the ghost energy drink sale is pretty lame specially when the shelves looked empty.

  I’ve been to a lot of GNC’s and DFW and my experience here was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

  I had a really disappointing experience at GNC. The employee I interacted with was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. Instead of being helpful or knowledgeable, they came off dismissive and had a bad attitude the entire time. I went in expecting basic customer service and maybe some guidance on products, but instead I felt like I was bothering them just by asking questions. If you’re working in a place like this, especially where people come in for advice on supplements and health products, professionalism and respect should be a priority. Definitely not the kind of experience that makes me want to come back. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
