From the moment I arrived, everything was organized, clean, and running on time. The technician who performed all of my pre-exam testing was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and charismatic. She explained every test she was performing and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The exam area was also very clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. One thing I think is helpful for future patients to know is that the optometrist is seen via telehealth rather than being physically on-site. That wasn’t a problem for me—the technology worked well, and the doctor was thorough and professional—but it’s something people may want to know before scheduling their appointment. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Friendly Eyes Optometry to anyone looking for quality eye care.
