Existing patients can reach out to us through MyChart or by calling our office. We're here to address any concerns or questions you may have.

To message us on MyChart, please upload a digital copy of your child's insurance card before your appointment. This helps ensure a smooth check-in process and maintains office efficiency. Follow these steps: open the MyChart app or visit https://mychart.childrens.com/, select the patient's name, click 'Message' on the home page, select 'Message Care Team', choose 'Other', then 'Dr. Goh'. In both subject and message lines, include a note, attach the card, and send. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We do offer same-day appointments based on availability. For the best chance of securing a same-day slot, we recommend calling our office early in the day. Please note that these appointments are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on our current schedule.

For your child's first visit, we require their medical records to be transferred. However, we understand this can sometimes be challenging. At minimum, please bring your child's immunization records for our review during the appointment.
