  Latonya the receptionist was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She helped my mother get signed in and helped us get to her exam really quickly. The doctor was nice and explained everything so we understood what we needed to get done for my mom. Very good experience, will definitely be coming back.

  I came in on a Sunday because my previous glasses prescription no longer felt right and my vision had become blurry. Since I’m diabetic and had already had my eye exam this year, my previous optometrist recommended waiting until next year to update my prescription. I decided I couldn’t wait that long and was willing to pay out of pocket for an updated prescription. I called several optometry offices, and this was the only office that had a Sunday appointment available before 5:30 PM, which is why I chose them. I’m so glad I did! The staff and doctor were extremely welcoming and friendly. They have impressive high-tech equipment, and my entire appointment took less than 20 minutes. I would definitely come back and recommend them!

  I had an extremely disappointing experience here and would not recommend this office for contact lenses. I’ve been wearing contact lenses since I was 15, and I’m now 34, so I’m very familiar with how contacts should feel and what my vision should be like when my prescription is correct. The first trial prescription they gave me didn’t work, so I went back and was re-examined. Unfortunately, the second pair was even worse. I specifically told the doctor that the contacts were extremely uncomfortable and that I could not see well with them. I can barely see clearly more than a few feet in front of me, and after wearing them for several hours my eyes hurt so much that I have to take them out. Despite telling the doctor this, I was essentially told that I have bad astigmatism, this was the best they could do, and that this would be my final prescription. I find it incredibly frustrating that a prescription would be finalized after a patient explicitly says they cannot see properly and the lenses are painful to wear. I absolutely will not be ordering a supply of contacts that I already know I cannot comfortably wear or see out of. At this point, I would rather pay out of pocket to see a different optometrist for a second opinion, even though my insurance already paid for this exam and fitting. After nearly 20 years of wearing contacts, these are by far the worst contacts I have ever been prescribed.

  I've been coming to this location for about 4 years. I've been back because i feel that the doctors are very knowledgeable and have done a good job getting my presction correct. The people in the front office and the ladies are very sweet but there's several things that could improve. For example, not over booking your clients. Our time is valuable and waiting for an hour before I was seen just makes me think where else can i go. Finally and most important, do not take in patients that clearly need to see an opthomologist or ER. Some people are not aware of the difference, but we can be honest and educate.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this optical! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process easy and comfortable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. A special thank-you to Ayumi, who was truly exceptional. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her attention to detail and amazing customer service really stood out. Employees like Ayumi are what make a business truly special!
