  The class was fun, music was lit and staff was incredibly friendly. I worked with one of the managers, Angelina and she was so sweet and helpful! Definitely going to sign up!

  Avoid CycleBar – abusive practices and recurring charges after cancellation. I was a CycleBar member for over two years at two different studios, and unfortunately both experiences ended the same way: unauthorized recurring charges, refusal to properly process cancellations, and lack of customer support. Despite moving out of Dallas and requesting cancellation, my credit card continued to be charged. CycleBar has now taken over $1,000 in charges without my authorization, and none of my emails or phone calls have been properly addressed. What makes this worse is that CycleBar does not allow you to cancel through the app or online. Members are forced to cancel by phone, yet it is extremely difficult to reach anyone who can actually process the cancellation. In my case, the company: • Continued billing after cancellation requests • Used obstructive cancellation practices • Failed to honor refund commitments • Ignored repeated attempts to resolve the issue I previously experienced a similar issue when the Southlake studio closed mid-membership and refunds were never issued as promised. At this point, I am formally disputing the charges with my credit card issuer and reporting the issue to consumer protection agencies before taking further legal action. I strongly advise others to research reviews carefully and take preventative measures before providing payment information. Be extremely careful before trusting this company or giving CycleBar your payment information.

  Someone in my cycle class left early on and didn’t come back, I’m assuming they just weren’t able to finish for whatever reason. The Cyclebar instructor said “that’s a class pass person, we will never see them again, haha,” on their microphone. I felt so sad for this person that left because I’m sure they heard the instructor say this as they left the class. This was embarrassing and disappointing to hear. At another class, I left early because I wasn’t feeling well and I heard the instructor talking about me on her microphone as I was in the studio bathroom. I stopped going to this location because the instructors seemed very entitled and immature. I love cycle, but I won’t go back here.

  Cyclebar’s classes are both hard and fun. Each instructor brings their own little twist and energy to the room.

  Love the energy at Cyclebar! I personally love Antoine's classes, but every instructor I've ridden with has their own unique style so there's something for everyone!
