  Went to friday classes with Jill at 9am. Love the class, the first time I went my shoes were too tight and the bike wasnt working but they gave me a free ride and it completely changed my experience. Its very fun with the music and different excerises that we get to do on the bikes. Will definitely be back. Love Jill as an instructor

  "I can't say enough good things about Cyclebar Preston Forest Studio! Everything about this place is amazing, from the owners to the instructors, who truly make each class special. The atmosphere is always so positive and energizing, which makes even the most challenging classes enjoyable. What really sets this studio apart is the way the instructors bring their unique personalities and musical styles to each session. Every class feels different, keeping things fresh and motivating. Carissa and Jill are definitely my favorites—they both have such wonderful energy and really know how to push you while making the ride fun. But honestly, every instructor here is fantastic, and I always have a blast no matter who’s leading the class. If you're looking for a place that combines great workouts with an incredible sense of community and fun, Cyclebar Preston Forest is the spot. Highly recommend!"

  Seriously, this studio changed my life! It is my get away from life when things get a little too crazy and let’s face it, this past year has been rough. The staff creates a community/family feel so you feel at home from the moment you step inside the studio. When walking in the workers at the front desk always greet you with a smile and for me (I’m a junky and go multiple times a week) they call me by my name!! The instructors are not only fantastic motivators during the workout but they also are genuinely nice individuals who want to get to know you before/after class!! So go release some endorphins and find your home at Cyclebar Preston Forest!!! Also, all the instructors rock, they each have their own style of teaching, for me my favs are Kennedy and Bryan so definitely check out their classes if you have a chance!!!!
