- AHAlice HoldenJul 28, 20265.0I absolutely love this studio! I’ve been a a member for about a year and a half and Core Power has changed my body composition in such a positive way. There’s enough diversity in the classes that you don’t get bored of the workouts and pretty much all of the instructors are great and knowledgeable. I've already gotten two friends to join and love it. 100% recommend! Tip: when you sign up for the full week, try at least 2 different classes and also push through the muscle soreness. After a week of being consistent (with healthy eating and sleep) your body will adapt.
- CSC SalinasMay 18, 20264.0Attended what should have been Bri's Sunday yoga class. Was recommended by a friend. Last minute change and instead it was Ash. Not at all what I was expecting or wanted. I was told Bri was more laid back, good Sunday vibes. Ash was too pumped up, felt like a HIIT class. Also, voice was too loud and hurt my ears. Studio itself was great, I like the heat. Great location, parking is hard but knew to expect that in the area. My suggestion would be, when filling in for another instructor, don't shock the attendees and have such a stark contrast of style. It makes a big difference when our expectations are busted.

Her intensity and technique is amazing. She taught proper form and encouraged us to challenge ourselves to our abilities. This proper technique teaching was amazing! Such a great instructor!
