I vented my frustrations with policies for freezing or changing. I had talked about the membership that can be used anywhere and timing wasalways wrong and then whether to freeze? Now according to policies . Lauren called and told me I was rude and yelled at the phone girl. And I could never come back. I was shocked ! And felt this was unfair. No discussion. I drove to the club to apologize. She never called me. I went back to apologize. She would not talk to me. I wanted to apologize to the girl I offended. She would not tell me. Then she proceeded to tell me the instructors complained I I yelled at them. In the first place I love all the people there and made friends with students and teachers . Never has anyone brought up my behavior? I was a teacher and a principal. Communication is a two way street. Completely shut out no discussion. I fell I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally,.
