The instructors are amazing and supportive. The classes push your limits or help establish new limits. I've lost weight, gained flexibility and maintained a positive disposition even outside of workouts. I find myself using the breathing techniques during all activities. This was the best decision that I've made, so far, in 2026.

The staff is incredible (shout out to Autumn and Sarah who create such a welcoming space), the studio vibes are great and the instructors are amazing. I have been taking classes from Stefanie, Daisy, Carolyn, and Grace for years now and I truly enjoy their style of teaching. When I first started here I had no experience with pilates and they were so welcoming to that. This is definitely a place to come if you are a beginner. I actually enjoy being here so much that I recently started working at the front desk! Can't wait to meet all of our members, old and new. :) If you have been thinking of starting your pilates journey for 2025, take this as your sign!
